MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS 395

Detainer and all things thereunto relating before the Justices of our Pro-
vincial Court to be held at Annapolis the Second Tuesday of Aprill Next that
our Justices of our Said Provincial Court may further proceed therein as to
Justice appertains etc. Hereof fail not at your Peril and have then there this
Writt Wittness Samuel Young Esqr Chief Justice of our Provincial Court
this 14th Day of March in the 7th year of our Dominion etc. Annoque Domini

other things is thus Contained

ANNARUNDELL COUNTY ss. At a County Court of the Right Honble
Charles Absolute Lord and proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and
Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore etc. held at the City of Annapolis for the
County of Annarundell the Second Tuesday of March being the thirteenth
day of the Same Month in the Seventh year of his Lordship's Dominion

Command is given to the Sheriff of Annl County that he Should take
John Gresham of Annarundell County Esqr and Daniel Dulany of Annarun-
dell County Esqr and Thomas Humphrys of Annarundell County Gent ats
diciti John Gresham Daniel Dulany and Thomas Humphrys if they Should
be found in his bailywick and them Should Safe keep So that he might have
their bodys before the Justices of [601] his Lordships County Court to be
held at Annapolis the Second Tuesday of November then Next to answer
