The Expences of the Comm^rs for their accomodations to be allowed and
paid out of the Appraism^t with the above Costs.

By virtue of a Warrant from their Ma^ta Speciall Court of Oyer and Ter-
miner dated the 18^th day of this instant February I Edward Batson being here-
unto especially appointed to appraise Nineteen Cask of beer seized taken
and Condemned to their Ma^ts Vse etc: now in the house of Coll W^m Digges
whereupon tasting of the s^d Severall Caskes found Seventeen thereof to be of
the best Sort of beer and to contain as to their Numbers and Contents on
the other Side thereof Eight hundred thirty two Gallons [53] which I value
at 4^d| per gall: that wines to the Summ of 15*^o 12^s o^d and two Caskes of Small
beer q^l 119: Gall" at 2^d per gall: which wines to the Summ of 19" 5^d and is in
the whole the Summ of i6^lb i i^s 5^d as the Acco^t on the other side hereof may
appear as witness my hand and Seal this ao^th day of Feb^ry Anno Dom: 1692.
