Isaac Pelissier Book keeper to Capt John Hyde of London Merchant
Maketh oath upon the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God to be true, That
the account of Factory for Cargo Markt1 and the account of Cargoe markt
with the said Mark* and the account Currant of Mr James Crooke of Mary-
land are Just and true accounts of the Transaction relating to the said Cargoe
or Cargoes between him the said Capt John Hyde and him the said James
Crookes, and that the Ballance of the said account Currant brought from the
other two accounts Amounting in the whole to the sume of [336] one hun-
dred and thirty four pounds five shillings and Six pence is really and Bona
fide due to the said Capt John Hyde And this Deponent further Sayth that
the said John Hyde hath not directly or indirectly received any moneys or
other Satisfaction from him the said James Crooke more then what he has
given him credit for in the said account, All which this Deponent Very well
knows having for many years past, been Employed in the accounting house
and Conversant in the Books of the said John Hyde

Sworne Dwelling in London Doe hereby certifye and attest that the Right
Honrble Sr Samuel Stanier Knl before whom the preceding affidavit of Mr
Isaac Pelissier was this day was Sworn to in my presence is Lord Mayor and
Alderman of this City of London, and that unto all affidavitts so before him
passed are Given full faith and credit in Court and without London this 27th
day of March Anno Dom 1717
