this time is not sufficient to proceed on tryall thereof which is granted And
thereupon he appears hereto and Imparles to next Court Saving his right to
Just exceptions to the Jurisdiction of the Court and forme of the Writt.
[210] Moovd that it be A Standing rule for the future that all Errors or
Reasons in Appeale to this Court be filed in Six Weeks after returnd Writt
of Error or Appeale brought or the Action Abate and Order'd Accordingly.

MARYLAND ss. Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and
Ireland Queen Defender of the faith etc. To the Justices of our Provinciall
Court greeting Because in the Record and process and rendring of Judgment
of A Plea of trespass and Ejectment lately before you in our said Court
depending between Stephens White Lessee of John Watts and Priscilla his
wife plantiff and Edward Hammond Defendant (manifest Error as it is said
has hapned to the great damage of the said Edward Hammond as of his com-
plaint We have receivd Wee willing that the Error (if any there be) should
in due manner be corrected and full and Speedy Justice done to each of the
said partys in this behalf do Therefore Comand You that the Record and
Process of the Plea and Judgment Aforesaid togeather with all things that
relate to the same before our Governour and Councill of our said Province
at their next meeting to hear Appeals and Writts of Errour at the City of
Annapolis under your hands and Seals distinctly and openly you send That
inspection being thereto had we may cause to be done what according to
right and the laws and Constitutions of England and this Province ought
to be done in the premises And have you alsoe there this Writt Witness our
Seff [sic] at the City of Annapolis aforesaid the Seaventeenth day of February

At A Provincial Court held at the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundell

the Seaventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Queen Anne etc.
