120 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

aforesaid and the condemnation had thereon may be reversed And he to all
things which thereby he hath lost may be restored and that the said Wm
Round to the Errors Aforesaid may rejoyne And that the Court of our Lady
the Queen here may proceed to examine as well the Record and process
aforesaid as the Errors by him the said William Macklure here in this
Honoble Court Assigned.

And now here at this day to witt the thirteenth day of March Annoque
Domini 1709 the whole proceedings with the reasons and Arguments on
both sides being read and heard and by the Board fully understood It is
thereupon considered that the Judgment of the Provinciall Court as afore-
said given against the said William Maccklure for the reasons aforesaid be
reversed set aside and of no effect as Vitious and Erroneous And that the said
William Macklure to all things which by means thereof he hath lost be re-
stored And that Writt for Restitution Issue.

March 19th 1709

At A Court held before her Majts Presidt and Councill in Chancery the
day and Yeare above said

Were present: Edw" Loyd Esqr President; Coll Wm Holland; Coll Wm
Coursey; Col Whittington; Coll Charles Greenberry; Saml Young Esqr;
Coll Thoms Greenfield, Of her Majesty's honoble Councill

Edd and Dudley Charltons v Nicholas Sporne
On Bill of Review

[180] Order'd that unless bills of Exchange for the claim and cost of the
defendant for the like Summe of those formerly drawne by Mr Robert Brad-
ley and Mr Wight be drawne by persons of as good Substance as the said
Bradley and White and made payable or Endorsed to the said Nicholas
Sporne and Lodgd in the hands of the Clerk of this Honoble Court on or
before the twenty first day of Aprill next the Complaints bill of Review be
dismissed and in case they be so lodged it is peremptoryly ruled by consent
of both partys that the cause be heard the next Court The reason whereof is
mislaying the former bills Lodged.

The Court Adjourns to the 26th July next
