CHAP. XVI.
Passed 18th
October 1694.
An Act for reviving the Temporary Laws of this Province.  EXP.
    Viz.  1692, ch. 12, 26, 28, 33, 34, 45, 46, 53, 54, 55, 61, 68, 77, 79, and 83; all which
        are hereby continued for 3 Years, or to the End of the next Session, &c.
CHAP. XVII.
Ditto. An Act for repealing certain Laws of this Province.
Viz.  1692, ch. 23, 44, 51, 80, and 85.

 
CHAP. XVIII.
Ditto. An Act for Appeals, and regulating Writs of Error.  EXP.
    For 3 Years, or to the End of the next Session, continued 1695, ch. 16.  By this Act of
        1692, ch. 9, was repealed.  A new Act was made 1699, ch. 18.

 
CHAP. XIX.
Ditto. An Act for the Imposition of Four Pence per Gallon on Liquors imported into this
    Province.  EXP.
   
For raising Money for building and repairing Court-Houses, Free-Schools, Bridewells, or such
public Services.  For 3 Years, or to the End of the next Session.  Continued 1695, ch. 16.
Repeals the Act of 1692, ch. 22.  A new Act made 1695, ch. 20.

 
CHAP. XX.
Ditto. An Act to prevent the great Evil occasioned by the Multiplicity of Horses within
    this Province.  EXP.
    For 3 Years, or to the End of the next Session.  Continued 1695, ch. 16, and 26.  A new
        Act 1699, ch. 14.

 
CHAP. XXI.
Ditto. An Act for regulating Ordinaries, and limiting the Number of them within this
    Province.  EXP.
   
For 3 Years, or to the End of the next Assembly.  This Act gave the Ordinary Licence Money
to the Secretary, for the Time being.  See the Note on 1692, ch. 42.  A new Act made
1695, ch. 5.

 
CHAP. XXII.
Ditto. An Act prohibiting the Inhabitants of this Province, or any others, from carrying
    Liquor to the
Indian Towns and Cabins.  EXP.
   
For 3 Years, or to the End of the next Session.  Continued 1695, ch. 16, and 26.  A new
        Act 1699, ch. 28.

 
CHAP. XXIII.
Ditto. An Act for laying an Imposition on several Commodities exported out of this Province.
    REP.
1695, ch. 22.
    Viz. 
On Furs, Beef, Bacon, &c. for the Maintainance of Free-Schools.  A new Act, 1695
        ch. 22.

 
CHAP. XXIV.
Ditto. An Act for the Punishment of Blasphemy, Fornications and Adultery.  REP.
A new Act 1699, ch. 36.

 
CHAP. XXV.
Ditto. An Act concerning those Servants that have Bastards.  REP.
This Act repeals 1692, ch. 49.

 
CHAP. XXVI.
Ditto. An Act against Striking of Fish in Dorchester and Somerset Counties.  REP.
   
1696, ch. 15.
 
CHAP. XXVII.
Ditto. An Act for Easement of the Inhabitants of this Province in Testamentary Affairs.
    REP.
    Viz. 
By impowering Deputy-Commissaries to pass Accounts of Estates, not exceeding 50 l. Sterl.
 
CHAP. XXVIII.
Ditto. An Act for Relief of Debtors.  REP.
This Act was nearly to the same Effect as 1713, ch. 3, § 1, 2, and 3.

 
CHAP. XXIX.
Ditto. An Act for settling Assemblies and Provincial Courts, and erecting a Court-House
    at
Ann-Arundel Town, in Ann-Arundel County.  REP.
A new Act made 1699, ch. 19.

 
CHAP. XXX.
Ditto. An Act for speedy and easy Justice for small Debts.  EXP.
   
For 3 Years, or to the End of the next Session.  Continued 1695, ch. 16, and 26.  A new
        Act 1696, ch. 21.

 
CHAP. XXXI.
Ditto. A Supplicatory Act to their Sacred Majesties, for erecting of Free-Schools.  REP.
