void any Persons Right by Acts of Naturalization, or any private Acts heretofore
made relating
to any private Persons, &c. This Act was excepted out of the
two General repealing Acts of
1699, ch. 46, and 1700, ch. 8, but falls under the General
Repeal of 1704, ch. 77. See an
