    N.B.
This Act repeals all Laws heretofore made in this Province, and enacts that all Laws
now made and assented this present General Assembly, and no other heretofore made shall be
accounted and esteemed as the Body of laws of this Province.  But shall not extend to make
void any Persons Right by Acts of Naturalization, or any private Acts heretofore made relating
to any private Persons, &c.  This Act was excepted out of the two General repealing Acts of
1699, ch. 46, and 1700, ch. 8, but falls under the General Repeal of 1704, ch. 77.  See an
Explanatory Act 1695, ch. 15.
