1750.
650 Acres, devised to them by the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Smithson, late of Talbot
County, Esq; and also the several Houses and Lots in Annapolis, of which they are seized;
and to convey the same under the Seal of the Corporation.  (2.)  But such Sale not to affect or
prejudice any Right or Title, either in law or Equity, which the present Lessees may have or
claim in or to such Lots or Houses.  (3.)  The Rector and Visitors to lay out the Money arising
from the Seal of the said Lands, and the said Lots and Houses in the City of Annapolis, at Interest,
on good Security, for the Use of the said School; and apply the annual Interest arising
therefrom towards the Payment of a Master, Masters, or Usher of the said School, and to no 
other use or Purpose whatever.  (4.)  Saving to his Majesty, the Lord Proprietary , and all others
not mentioned in this Act, their several and respective Rights.

At a Session of ASSEMBLY begun and held at the
    City of Annapolis, the 15th Day of May, in the
    37th Year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable
    * CHARLES, absolute Lord and Proprietary of the
    Provinces of Maryland and Avalon, Lord Baron of

    Baltimore, &c. Annoq; Domini 1751, and ended
    the 8th Day of June:  The following Laws were
    Enacted.
   
* The Right Honourable CHARLES Lord BALTIMORE deceased the 23d April 1751, before
the Commencement of this Session; the Acts whereof were consequently void, as being Enacted
under an Authority no longer subsisting.  Therefore, in the subsequent Session this present Year,
held under the Commission of the present R
t Honble PROPRIETOR, and his then GUARDIANS,
ch. 27, §. 5, " All the Acts of this Session are made good and valid in Law, to all Intents,
" Constructions, and Purposes whatsoever, for and during the Continuance in the said several
" Acts mentioned, the Death or Demise of the said late CHARLES Lord BALTIMORE, notwithstanding."

CHAP. I.
An Act to prevent the Sale of trashy Tobaccoes.  Lib. B.L.C.  fol. 523.
   
To continue in Force till the 1st December 1753; and by the Inspection Law of 1753, ch. 22,
was to continue in Force during that Act, which expired the 1st December 1763.  The Substance
of this Act, is included in the present Inspection Law of 1763, ch. 18, from §. CXXXI, to
CXXXVIII, both inclusive.

An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for the more effectual Punishment
    of certain Offenders, and for taking from them the Benefit of Clergy.  Lib.

CHAP. III.
An ACT for destroying Wolves in Frederick County.  Lib. B.L.C.

WHEREAS it appears to this General Assembly, that Wolves are
very numerous and mischievous in Frederick County, and that they
destroy great Numbers of Sheep, Hogs and Cattle; and therefore,
if not timely prevented, will become so numerous as not only to infest that
County, but by that Means all the Province:  It is therefore prayed that it
may be Enacted;
