and enjoy. And when any of the Visitors aforesaid,
shall remove out of the County, or otherwise
become unable, or refuse to execute the Office of Visitor
as aforesaid, then the other Visitors
aforesaid, or major Part of them, are enabled to met
and chuse one other Visitor in the
Place of such Visitor dying, &c. and so toties
quoties, as often as the Case shall happen as aforesaid.
Provided the Visitors herein named, as well as those
who shall hereafter be chosen as aforesaid,
shall in all Things qualify themselves as the Visitors
of the Free-Schools by Law are obliged
to Qualify. |

George's Parish,

to build a Chapel of Ease on; and to impower

of the said Parish, in the
said County, the Sum of Eight Hundred Pounds
Current Money, for the k Uses

An Additional Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled, b
An Act for Laying out
and Erecting a Town, at a Place called Long-Point,
on the West Side of North-East
River, in Cæcil County. Lib.

N.B. This Act
impowered the Commissioners of the said Town, to dispose of the Lots
(which should happen to be forfeited on the 10th Day
of May following, for want of Building
thereon, &c. as by the said Act appointed) by way
of Ballot; in the same Manner, and giving
the same Notice, as is in the said Act directed; or in
such other Manner as to the major Part of
them should appear most conducive to the Benefit of the
Town: And directs all Money arising
by the Disposal of such Lots to be laid out for the Public
Uses of the Town, and be accounted
for by the Commissioners in the same Manner as directed
by former Acts relating thereto.
