and enjoy.  And when any of the Visitors aforesaid, shall remove out of the County, or otherwise
become unable, or refuse to execute the Office of Visitor as aforesaid, then the other Visitors
aforesaid, or major Part of them, are enabled to met and chuse one other Visitor in the
Place of such Visitor dying, &c. and so toties quoties, as often as the Case shall happen as aforesaid.
Provided the Visitors herein named, as well as those who shall hereafter be chosen as aforesaid,
shall in all Things qualify themselves as the Visitors of the Free-Schools by Law are obliged
to Qualify.

  XXV.
CHAP. XXVI.
AN act impowering the Vestry-men and Church-wardens of King George's Parish,
    in Prince George's County, to purchase Three Acres of Land in the said Parish,
    to build a Chapel of Ease on; and to impower the Justice of Prince
    George's County, to levy on the Taxable Inhabitants of the said Parish, in the
    said County, the Sum of Eight Hundred Pounds Current Money, for the Uses
    therein mentioned.  Lib. B.L.C.  fol. 309.
    Viz. For the Purchase and Building above mentioned; which Chapel so built, shall be constituted
a Chapel of Ease, and for ever to be supported and repaired at the Charges of the said
Parish.

An act impowering Mary Stokes, Widow and Executrix of Humphrey Wells
    Stokes, late of Baltimore County, Gent, deceased, to sell and dispose of the Lands
    and Tenements therein mentioned to be sold, for the Uses and Purposes thereby

An Act for the Relief of Francis O Connor, Robert Noble, of Dorchester
    County, Planters, Joseph Richardson, of the said County, Shoemaker, languishing
    Prisoners in Dorchester County Goal; Thomas Joy, a languishing
    Prisoner in Talbot County Goal; Cornelius Mahany, of Cæcil COunty, Taylor,
    a languishing Prisoner in Cæcil County Goal; and Robert Floyd, in
    Queen-Anne's County Goal.  Lib. B.L.C. fol. 313.  PR.

CHAP. I.
An act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for the speedy and effectual Publication
    of the Laws of this Province; and for the Encouragement of Jonas
    Green, of the City of Annapolis, Printer.  Lib. B.L.C.  fol. 317

Sept. 1745
1744, ch. 4, hereby continued 'til the 25th December 1746.
CHAP. II.
An Additional Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled, b An Act for Laying out
    and Erecting a Town, at a Place called Long-Point, on the West Side of North-East
    River, in Cæcil County.  Lib.  B.L.C.  fol. 317.
 N.B.  This Act impowered the Commissioners of the said Town, to dispose of the Lots
(which should happen to be forfeited on the 10th Day of May following, for want of Building
thereon, &c. as by the said Act appointed) by way of Ballot; in the same Manner, and giving
the same Notice, as is in the said Act directed; or in such other Manner as to the major Part of
them should appear most conducive to the Benefit of the Town:  And directs all Money arising
by the Disposal of such Lots to be laid out for the Public Uses of the Town, and be accounted
for by the Commissioners in the same Manner as directed by former Acts relating thereto.
