An Act for the Assessment and Payment of the Public Charges of this Province,
    Lib.
B.L.C.  fol. 228.  DISSENT.
    Proclamation of the Dissent, is dated 17th April 1742:  But the Collection and Payment
        thereof was enforced by the Act of 1742, ch. 1.

 
1742. At a Session of ASSEMBLY begun and held at the
    City of Annapolis, the 21st Day of September, in
    the 28th Year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable
    CHARLES, absolute Lord and Proprietary
    of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon,  Lord
    Baron of Baltimore, &c. and ended the 29th Day
    of October, Anno Domini 1742:  The following
    Laws were Enacted.

CHAP. I.
Passed 30th
Sept. 1742.

1741, ch. 13.
An Act to enforce the Collection and Payment of the Public Charge of this Province,
    pursuant to an Act of Assembly, entitled,
a  An Act for the Assessment of
    the Public Charge of this Province, made at a Session of Assembly begun and 
    held at the City of
Annapolis, the 26th Day of May, Anno Domini 1741.

CHAP. II.
Passed 29th
October 1742.
An Act reviving an Act of Assembly of this Province, entitled, An Act for
    the speedy Recovery of small Debts, out of Court, before a single justice of the
    Peace.  Lib.
B.L.C.  fol. 231.  EXP.
1732, ch. 27, hereby continued 3 Years, &c.

 
CHAP. III.
Ditto. An Act for reviving an Act of Assembly, entitled, An Act for relieving the
    Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggrievances in the Prosecution of Suits

    at Law; and for reviving and continuing the Supplementary Act thereto.

1714, ch. 4:            1728, ch. 24; both which are hereby continued for 3 Years, &c.
