 An Act to encourage the Takers-up of Runaway Slaves, that shall be taken up by
    any Person, and brought in from the Back Woods.  Lib. L. Nº 5. fol. 55.
    N.B. 
The Back Woods being now inhabited, a new County erected therein, and no Commission
subsisting whereon the Execution of this Act wholly depends, it is in Effect become OBSOLETE.
