ANNE.
At a Session of ASSEMBLY begun and held at the
    City of Annapolis, in the County of Ann-Arundel,
    the 24th Day of October, and ended the 4th Day of 
    November, in the 9th Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
    lady ANNE, Queen of Great-Britain,
    France
and Ireland, and the Dominions and Territories
    thereunto belonging, Defender of the Faith, &c.
    Annoque Domini 1710, were Enacted the Laws
    following.

CHAP. I.
Passed 4th of
Nov. 1710.
An Act relieving the Inhabitants of this province from Aggrievances they lie
    under
Lib. LL. N° 3. fol. 397.  EXP.
To endure for 3 Years.  A new Act made 1712, ch. 1.

 
CHAP. II.
Ditto. An Act for the more speedy Conveying of public Letters and Packets of this province,
    and defraying the Charge thereof; and for repealing a former Law of
    this Province, entitled, An Act for the more speedy conveying public letters and
    Packets of this Province, and defraying the Charge thereof.  Lib.
LL. N° 3.

399.  EXP.
        To endure for 3 Years.  A new Law made 1713, ch. 2.  The law hereby repealed is that of
            1704, ch. 45.

Ditto. An Act impowering certain Trustees to sell and value a certain Tract of Land lying
    in

CHAP. V.
Ditto. An Act for Building a Court-house for talbot County, at Armstrong's Old
    Fields, near
Pitt's Bridge.  Lib. LL. N° 3. fol. 403.
    By this Act the Justices of Talbot County were impowered to make Choice of Two Acres of
Land at or near Pitt's Bridge, at the Head of Tread-Haven Creek, on Philemon Armstrong's land,
and the same to purchase by Agreement, or Valuation of a Jury, &c.

 
CHAP. VI.
Ditto. An Act continuing St. Mary's County Court at the new Court-house built at Seymour-Town,
    otherwise Sheppard Old Fields.  Lib. LL. N° 3. fol. 404.
 
CHAP. VII.
Ditto. An Act for continuing the County Court of Queen-Anne's County, at Queen's-Town,
    where the Court-house now stands.  Lib. LL. N° 3. fol. 405.
 
CHAP. VIII.
Ditto. An Act confirming the Last Will and Testament of Richard Bridges, late of Talbot
    County, deceased.  Lib. LL. N° 3. fol. 405.  PR.
 
CHAP. IX.
Ditto. An Act for the Sale of Talbot County old Court-house and Prison, and Land
    thereto belonging.  Lib.
LL. N° 3. fol. 405.
    By this Act,  (1.)  The Commissioners of the said County Court were impowered to sell the said
Lands and Houses to the best Purchaser.  (2.)  The Bargain and Sale thereof, entered upon the
County Records, to be good in Law to transfer the Fee-simple of the said land, &c. to the Purchaser,
his Heirs, &c. as of conveyed, enrolled and acknowledged according to the Act, &c.
