President Constitutional Convention:
In obedience to the order of the Convention dated May
15th, 1867, the undersigned, Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Somerset County, begs leave respectfully to report the num-
ber of cases Civil, Criminal and in Equity, which were tried
at the several terms of the Circuit Court for Somerset
County, in the years 1865 and 1866, the number of suits
brought and Indictments found in said Court within the said
years, the number of Jury Trials, the duration of the several
terms of the Court, and the number of days the Petit Jury
was in session at said several Terms, as follows:
