President Constitutional Convention:
Sir:—In compliance with the order of your Honorable-
Body, passed on the 15th of May, 1867, I respectfully submit,
the following report of the number of eases tried at the several
terms of the Circuit Court for Caroline county during the
years 1865 and 1866, number of suits brought, number of
jury trials, the duration of several terms and number of days
the Petit Jury was in attendance, to wit:
