President Constitutional Convention:
Sir :—In obedience to an order of your Honorable Body,
I herewith furnish you with the following information, viz;
the number of cases, Criminal, (exclusive of those furnished
in a statement accompanying this,) Civil and in Equity,
which were tried at the several terms of the Circuit Court for
Calvert County, in the years 1865 and '66; also the number
of suits brought, and the number of jury trials during each
term, and also the number of days the Petit Jury were in
attendance during each term :
