President Constitutional Convention:
In reply to the order of the Convention, I have the honor
to state that the amounts levied on Queen Anne's county for
the compensation of the State's Attorney for said county in
the years 1864, '65 and '66, are as follows:
1864...................................$ 373 42
1865................................... 1,091 66
1866................................... 851 62
The account of the State's Attorney for the May term, 1867,
of the Circuit Court, is $721 00, but the same has not yet
been acted on by the County Commissioners.
