President of the Constitutional Convention.
In compliance with an Order of the Convention now
in session at Annapolis, requesting a statement of the
amount levied for the State's Attorney of this county, during
the years 1864, 1865, 1866 and 1867, beg leave to state that
the levy for
1864 was............................................$573 33
1865 " ............................................1111 11
1866 " ............................................1300 79
No levy made for 1867.

President of the Constitutional Convention.
Sir: —In obedience to the order passed by your Hon-
orable Body on the 15th instant, " That the Clerks of the
County Commissioners of each of the counties of the State be
requested to furnish this Convention a statement of the
amounts levied in their respective counties, as compensation
for the State's Attorneys in said counties during the years
1864, 1865, 1866 and 1867," I have the honor to inform you
that the Board of Commissioners for this county levied for
the State's Attorney in the years 1864,1865, 1866 and 1867,
respectively, the sums of $874 83, $728 17, $1374 84, and
$1819 80.
