Strike out all down to the word "authorized," in the 6th
line, and insert in lieu thereof, "the Board of Public Works
is hereby;" strikeout "the other" and insert ''all the," in
the 8th line, and insert after the word "improvement," in
the 8th line, the words, "except as is hereinafter excepted,"
and strike out "the Washington Branch of the," in the 13th
line.
