The Convention then resumed the consideration oi the un-
finished business of yesterday.

Pending which,
On motion of Mr. Wilkinson,
The Convention resolved itself into a Committee of the
Whole,
Mr. Dent in the Chair,
To consider and report upon the Report of the Committee
upon Public Works and Corporations, title, Article—Public
Works.
After some time spent in Committee of the Whole.
The Committee rose.
The President resumed the Chair,
And through Mr. Dent, Chairman, reported that they had
had under consideration the Report of the Committee upon
Public Works and Corporations, title, Article—Public
