The Convention resumed the consideration of the unfin-
ished business of the morning session,
Being the Report of the Committee upon the' Judiciary
Department,
The question recurring upon the 24th Section said Report,
The question being upon the appeal taken by Mr. Syester
from the decision of the Chair.
The question then being,
" Shall the decision of the Chair stand as the judgment of
the Convention?"
