When Mr. Barnes submitted the following amendment
be inserted as an additional Section to the Report :
Sec. 58. The Legislature, at its first session after the rati-
cation of this Constitution, shall provide by law for State and
unicipal taxation upon the revenues accruing from business
the in the State by all foreign corporations.
