Sec. 27. There shall be in the 8th Judicial Circuit, six
Courts, to be styled the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City,
the Superior Court of Baltimore City, the Court of Common
Pleas, the Baltimore City Court, the Circuit Court of Balti-
more City, and the Criminal Court of Baltimore.
Pending the consideration of which.
On motion of Mr. McKaig,
At 3 o'clock and 10 minutes,, P. M., the Convention took
a recess until 8 o'clock, this P. M.
EVENING SESSION, AUGUST 7, 1867.
The Convention met.
