The Convention proceeded to the consideration of the 2nd
ection of the Report ;
Mr. Maulsby submitted the following amendment:
Sec. 2. Strike out all after figure 2, of section 2, down to
the word "and" inclusive in fourth line, and add at the end
of said section the words "at any election held in this
State;"
Pending the consideration of which ;
