President Constitutional Convention,
SIR, —In obedience to an. order of the Convention, adopted?
on the 10th inst., requesting the Comptroller of the Treasury
to report " a statement of the aggregate amount paid by the
State to special Counsel employed by the Executive, or other
officers of. the State, since the year 1852, and also the amount
paid to special Judges, "
I have the honor to submit the following statements, " A
and B, " embracing the information asked for by the Conven-
tion. I also submit statement " C, " showing the amount of
commissions paid State s attorneys for. the collection of
monies due the State.
All of which is respectfully submitted.
