REPORT:
The Select Committee to examine and report upon the elec-
tion and qualification of the Members to the Constitutional
Convention, beg leave to report that they have discharged the
duty assigned to them by examining the returns of the elec-
tion held on the 10th day of April, in the year,1867, in the
several counties of the State, and in the several legislative-
districts of Baltimore city, and have ascertained and report
that the following members have been duly elected and quali-
fied as members of the said Convention, as follows:
