The President laid before the Convention the following Re-
ports of the Clerks to the County Commissioners of Balti-
more and Anne Arundel counties:

Amount paid Clerks of Registers 1865 and 1866.... 1,176 00
Amount paid printing lists Registered Voters,
'65 and '66............................................. 2,178 50
