John Carvill Hynson appointed and commissioned Inspector of the head of Langford's
Bay warehouse in Kent County.

The Honorable John Davidson Esquire attended

Capt. David Stodder is authorized and empowered to collect all public arms and accoutre-
ments in the hands of individuals in Balto. County.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.

Monday 29th. March 1790

The Council met.
Present as on Saturday.

Ordered that the following letter be sent to all debtors to the State on the Intendants
and Auditors Books not included in the instalment Act with the Account stated.

Sir,

You are charged on the books of ........ with a balance as stated below. We there-
fore call on you to settle and pay the same by the first day of August next, on failure of
which you will be proceeded against for recovery without further delay.
