Ordered that the Sales of the property of John Cartwright Collector of Taxes for St.
Marys County, and of that of his Securities be postponed until the 10th, of November next.

Commission issued to Edward Noel, Thomas Jones, Henry Leeke, Thomas Bourke and
Daniel Sullivane appointed Justices of the Orphans Court for Dorchester County.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Negro Cardiff Seven shillings and Six
pence due him per Account passed by the Auditor,

That the Said Treasurer pay to John Davidson Esquire Thirty Seven pounds, ten shillings
for one quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council due the 1st. Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John Hoskins Stone forty two pounds, three Shil-
lings and nine pence for three Months half pay due the 1st. instant,

That the Said Treasurer Pay to Jub Fowler Eighteen pounds, fifteen shillings for one
