Upton Sheredine appointed a Justice of the Orphans Court in said County in the room of
Patrick Sim Smith resigned.

Court in the room of William Graham resigned and

John Turner appointed a Justice of the Orphans Court of said County in the room of Tho's
Harwood jun'r.

Thomas Duckett appointed an Associate Justice of Prince Georges County Court in the
room of Walter Bowie resigned and

Richard Duckett appointed a Justice of the Orphans Court of said County in the room of
Thomas Clark resigned.

James Mackubin appointed a Justice of the Orphans Court of Ann Arundel County in the
room of Nicholas Worthington resigned

David Kerr appointed a Justice of the Orphans Court of Talbot County.

John Moale appointed an Associate Justice of the Court of Oyer and terminer and goal
