Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Randall Twenty four pounds and
three pence half penny for sundries for Thomas Walley per Account passed by the Auditor.
Whereas James Campbell of Harford County lately deceased, purchased in the year 1785
of the Intendant, a tract or tracts of Land containing ninety two Acres, for which he gave
Bond in the Sum of Twenty three pounds, thirteen shillings and three pence, with a certain
James Alexander Security. And it appearing by the Petition of Margaret Smith, the Widow
and Administratrix of the said James Campbell, and James Alexander, that he the said
Campbell, died without paying any part of the said Bond, left little or no property and that
they are totally unable to discharge the said bond or any part thereof out of the property of
the said Campbell; they [p. 112] therefore pray to be released from the payment of
the said Bond. The Board upon Consideration of all the Circumstances do order and direct
that the said Bond be cancelled and the Petitioners released from the payment thereof on their
surrendering back the property to the State, and paying all Costs arising thereon.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler nine pounds seven shillings
and six pence for the Board of Thomas Walley per Account passed by the Auditor.

The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate of Depreciation of pay to Thomas Boarman
late a soldier in the first Maryand Regiment and deliver the same to the Treas'r of the
W'Shore who is ordered to pay it to John Boarman in virtue of a power of Att'y from Sus'a
Boarman Mother and Admr'x of the said Tho's Boarman.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Philip B Key Esq'r. Seven pounds
five shillings and ten pence for the use of Charles Lansdale due him per Account passed by

That the western shore Treasurer pay Samuel Green Five pounds three shillings and
sevenpence for Postages due him per Account passed by the Aud.
