Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Green Seventy eight pounds,
eight shillings due him per Account passed by the Auditor.

[p. 67] Tuesday 1st. May 1792

The Council met.
Present Mr Brice

Mr Stone

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo. John H. Stone Thirty seven pounds
ten shillings for one quarter's salary as a Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John H. Stone Forty two pounds, three shillings and
nine pence for three Months half pay due him this Day,

That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esq'r. Sixteen pounds, thirteen shillings and
four pence for Salary due him as a Member of the Council to this Day,

That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond Two hundred and forty pounds for
one quarter's Salary due to him, John Wright and John Hannah this Day and for Contingent
Expences per Account passed by the Auditor,

That the said Treasurer pay to Henry Ridgely Esq'r. Thirty seven pounds, ten shillings
for one quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Robert Denny Fifty pounds for one quarter's Salary
as Auditor due this Day.

[p. 68] Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler Eighteen pounds,
fifteen shillings for one Quarter's Salary as Messenger the Council and Keeper of the Stadt
House due this Day.

William MacLaughlin of Baltimore Town is hereby appointed to collect all Sums of Money
and Tobacco which did belong to Robert Christie late Sheriff of Baltimore County and were
forfeited to the State except the public and County Dues in Virtue of a Resolution of the General
Assembly passed April 6th 1792.

Resolved that the said William MacLaughlin be allowed at the rate of ten per Cent on all
Monies he may collect in virtue of the said Resolution.

Resolved that the said William MacLaughlin before he proceeds to the said collection shall
give bond to the State of Maryland with two Securities to be approved by this Board in the
