Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John McClellan and James Cox Ex'trs.
of Mary Cox the Sum of thirty four pounds one shilling and three pence current money due
the said Mary Cox for pay from the first of November last to the 20th. February last when
she died—agreeably to Act of Assembly passed November Session 1788 Chapter 12.

Commission issued to Benjamin Green appointed Inspector of Otter point Warehouse
in Harford County.

The Board have agreed to pay Eliazer Davis five pounds per Annum for taking charge
of all public dispatches to and from Annapolis to Charles, Prince Georges and St. Marys
Counties.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Eliazer Davis five pounds for one
year's Salary for carrying letters to and from Prince Geo's. Ch's, and St. Marys Counties and
Annapolis to the 1st. February last.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday Morning.

Robert Buchanan appointed a Commissioner of the tax for Kent County in the room of
William Maxwell deceased.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin Mackall Esqr. one hundred
pounds for six Months Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st.
May last.
