Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Harwood Executor of Elie
Valette Twenty one pounds, ten Shillings and eight pence current money due him as Deputy
Auditor from the 6th. July to the 6th. of August 1780 per Account passed by the Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to the Revd. Mr. Higinbothom Two pounds ten shillings
for six Month's tuition of Master Thos. Walley in St. Johns College per Account passed by
his Excellency the Governor.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

[p. 175] Thursday 27th. May 1790

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Pyper Thirteen pounds, and
three pence due him per Account passed by the Auditor.

Capt. Daniel Stull having represented to the Board that before he left the service, he
settled an Account with the Auditor of the Army for all the Money he had received a copy
of which Account he expects he can procure by going to New York, and prays indulgence
'till some time in October next to obtain the same—The Board agree to grant him indulgence
'till the 10th, of October next.

Friday 28 May 1790

The Council met.
