Fifty pounds Current Money for One Quarter's Salary as a Member
of the Council.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered, That the several Surveyors, shall and may hereafter
in executing any Warrant of Resurvey, or Escheat Warrant, not only
Survey the Land therein mentioned according to the Ancient Metes
and bounds in the usual Manner, but also at the request of the Party
lay down and Survey the said Land in such other manner as the said
Party shall direct, and return a Certificate of the said different
Surveys.

Ordered that the above be published in the Annapolis and Balti-
more News papers.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow Morning 11 o'clock.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Alien Quynn
Forty nine pounds, six shillings and three pence Current Money, due
him for Wood purchased for the General Assembly per Account
passed by the Aud. Gen'l.

That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey Clk of the Senate
Eighteen pounds, fifteen shillings Current Money for One Quarter's
Salary ending 1st. February last.
