Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to David Ross
one hundred and twenty pounds Current Money due him for his
attendance in Congress as per Account passed by the Auditor General.

The Honorable James Brice Esquire absent.

His Excellency the Governor and the Hon'ble. Jere. T. Chase Esqr.
attended.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joshua Seney
Esquire ninety six pounds, five shillings as a Member of Congress.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday next.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin
Contee Esqr. One hundred and thirty four pounds, fifteen shillings
Current Money due him for his attendance in Congress per Account
passed by the Deputy Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Wilmot Seven pounds four
shillings Current Money per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor.

His Excellency the Governor attended.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Administrator of Alexander West late a Soldier of the Second Mary-
land Regiment Twelve pounds, ten shillings Current Money, five
months pay due the said West, between the 1st. August 1780 and 1st.
January 1781 per Certificate of Deputy Auditor.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
