That the said Treasurer pay to James McHenry Esquire
Three hundred pounds, current money, in part of an Order of Council
of the 15th of March last, for "One thousand five hundred and seventy
six pounds, thirteen shillings and two pence current money, arising
due on a purchase of Bills of Credit Issued by Congress, made by
Messrs. McHenry and Hindman in virtue of a Contract made with
them, by the late Intendant, under the Authority of a Resolution
of the Assembly of the thirty first of May 1783" now delivered in.
That the said Treasurer pay to James McHenry Esquire

George Peter Keeports Esquire of Baltimore Town is appointed
Notary Public for Baltimore County and Commission Issued.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Thomas John-
son Junr. Sixty seven pounds, fourteen Shillings and eight pence
Current Money, as per Account passed by the Auditor General.
That the said Treasurer pay to Michael Lowe, two
pounds thirteen shillings and three pence Specie, agreeably to the
"Act to Adjust the Debts due from this State" as per Account passed
by the Auditor General the first of September last.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson Junr. forty six
pounds, and six pence current money for Salary as Clerk of the
Council from the first of August to the twenty third of October last.
That the said Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler, thirteen pounds,
fifteen shillings, Current money, for one quarters salary as Messenger
of the Council and Keeper of the Stadthouse due the first Instant.
