The Council met.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Ely Dorsey
Senr. Ten pounds, eight shillings specie agreeably to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the
Auditor General.

[p 260] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
Colo. Francis Deakins One hundred and fifty pounds Current Money
to be expended in defraying the Expences attending the laying out
and surveying the Lands, the property of the State to the westward
of Fort Cumberland agreeably to a Resolution of the General As-
sembly on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to James McNabb Six pounds, six
shillings and eight pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the Auditor
General the 29th. August last.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Purse Four pounds, thirteen
shillings specie agreeably to the Act aforesaid per Account passed
by the Auditor General the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Cornelius Clopper One hundred
and forty three pounds, eleven shillings and seven pence agreeably
to the Act aforesaid per Account passed by the Auditor General the
1st. Instant.
