money appropriated for the Barges 011 Account.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow 11 o'clock.

Wednesday 5th. January 1785

The Council met.

Present the Honorable
Aquila Paca, John Davidson and Sam'l. T. Wright Esquires.

The following Accounts against Confiscated property lodged in the
Auditors Office before the 1st. of October last, are now exhibited to
this Board and examined and approved:

William Paca Esqr. Executor of Philemon Lloyd Chew, for Lloyd
Dulany's Bond to said Chew—Balance thereon with Interest to the
ist. of October last, Two hundred and forty three pounds, one shilling
and seven pence.

Charles F. Wesenthal against Lloyd Dulany, Twenty eight Pounds
and three shillings. Charles Lansdale against Lloyd Dulany, Three
pounds and four shillings and six pence. William Whetcroft against
Lloyd Dulany sixteen Pounds, six shillings. Gilbert Middleton
against Lloyd Dulany, Ten pounds three shillings, and three pence.
Charles Lansdale against the Revd. Jona. Boucher one Pound,
thirteen shillings, and seven pence. William Roberts against Dulany
Son and Executor of Walter, Thirteen pounds, seventeen shillings,
and Jacob Ransburgh against Daniel Dulany Junior Forty four
Pounds, five shillings and eight pence.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow 11 o'clock.

Thursday 6th. January 1785

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor.
The Honble Aquila Paca, John Davidson & Sam'l. T. Wright
Esquires.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow 11 o'clock.
