     Richardsons folly, And this shall be yor Warrant Dated the Twenty
     seaventh of february Anno Doni 1681
     To Robert Carvile one of the Attorneys  C: Baltemore.
     of the Provall Court

     Att a Provinciall Court held att the Citty of St Maryes the Eight
     and Twentyeth day of February in the Seaventh yeare of ye Do
     minion of the Right Honobl Charles Lord Baltemore &ca Annoq
     Doni 1681, and there continued untill the seaventh day of March
     then next Ensueing, On wch said Eight and Twentyeth Day of ffebru
     ary were present

               Wm Calvert Esq Principll Secretary
     The Honoble Wm Stevens Esqr
               Wm Digges Esq
                                   Nicho:    Painter Clke
     March ye 1st 1681
       Then was. Wm Cocks sworne Clerke of the Provinciall Court

     Eod. Die:
       Nicholas Painter was Admitted and sworne an Attorney of the
     Provinciall Court

        To the Right Honoble Charles Absolute Lord and Propry of the
        Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Balte
        more &ca
     Humbly Sheweth The humble Peticon of Anthony Underwood
       That Yor Peticoner in England for seaverall yeares served as
     Clerke to Edwd Dobson of Grayes-Inne Esqr Councellor att Law,
     and likewise since his arrivall into Yor Province hath served
     Mr Robert Ridgely late one of the Attorneys of yor Lopps Provall
     Court, Whereby and by his former studdy Yor Peticoner hath
     gained Experience in manageing the Affaires belonging to such
     Office as most of ye Attorneys of the said Court are ready to affirme
     If yor Lopp please to call them thereunto
          May it please yor Lopp to admitt yor Peticonr to be sworne an
          Attorney of the said Court
                 And yor Peticonr as in Duty bound shall pray &ca
       Underneath the a foregoing Peticon was thus written, Viz
     March ye 1st 1681.
     Lett Underwood be sworne an Attorney of ye Provall Court If you
    thinke him Capable thereof        C: Baltemore
        To the Chancellor & Justices of the
        Provll Court in Court sitting
       On wch said first day of March aforesaid the said Anthony Under
     wood was admitted & sworne an Attorney of this Court
