in the ffifth Yeare of the Dominion of the Right honoble Charles
Lord Baltemore &c Annoqj Dominj 1680 to Satisfie unto John
Bawdon aswell the Sume of Nine hundred pounds Sterling Money
of England a Certaine debt Recovered against ye sd John Quigley
the ffourteenth day of ffebruary last past Whereof hee is Convicted
as also the sume of Seaven hundred ninety two pounds of Tobacco
Costs of Suite, On wch said Eleaventh day of May Major William
Boareman Sheriffe of ye County aforesayd made returne of the
writt aforesaid. That by vertue thereof hee hath taken the body of
the said John Quigley whose body hee hath Ready att the day and
place as by the said Writt hee is Comanded, and the aforesd William
Boareman Although Solemnly Called to bring the body of the said
Jno Quigley into Court according to the Returne of the writt of
Execucon aforesaid came not, Neither had hee the body of the afore-
said John in Court
