Memorandum that the sixteenth day of June in the fourth yeare of the Dominion of Charles &c Annoq Dominj 1679 came Garret Van- swearingen bv Robert Carvile his Attorney

		before the honoble Philip Calvert Esqr Chancellor of this Province of Maryland, and prayed his Lopps writt of Error to him the said Garret to bee granted to the Comissionrs of Charles County to bee directed To Require them the said Comissioners of the said County of Charles County to send before his Lopps Justices of the Pro- vinciall Court, The Tenor of the Record and Proceedings and Judgment of the said County Court in a Cause lately there Depend- ing between the said Garret Vanswearingen Pit and Josias ffendall Defendt, in a plea of trespas of the Case, and Itt is granted unto him The Tenor Whereof followeth Charles Absolute Lord and Propry of the Provinces of Mary- land and Avalon Ld Baron of Baltemore &c: To the Comissioners of Charles County greeting Because in the Record and processe as alsoe in the Rendring of Judgment, before you in our said Court of Charles County against Garret Vanswearingen in a Cause late depending before you Betweene the said Garret Vanswearingen plt and Josias ffendall defendt in a plea of Trespas of the case manifest Error hath happened to the greate damage of the said Garret as by the greate Complaint of the said Garret wee have Received Wee Willing that the Errors if any bee, should in due manner bee Cor- rected, and full and Speedy Justice bee done to the said partyes, Wee Comand you that if Judgment thereof bee Rendred, Then the Record and proceedings of yor Judgment wth all things touching the same, To us before Our Justices of our Provinciall Court to bee
