In execution to the Comission hereto annexed, Mr Robert Ridgely
Attorney to Mr Henry Stocket brought before as the account thereto
annexed of which we allow as aboue written Wittnes our hands &
Seales this twelfth of Octobr 1678

Which account aforesaid & report of the Auditors being read &
heard the Court will advise before they giue judgemt thereupon
untill Munday the fourteenth day of the aforesaid month of October
On which said fourteenth day of October in the yeare aforesaid
cometh as well the said Henry Phippes by Kenelm Cheseldyn his
Attorney as the said Henry Stocket by Robert Ridgely his Attorney
And the Account & report of the Auditors aforesaid being read &
heard, the said parties by their Attorneys aforesaid doe referre them-
selves to the judgemt of the Court therein And the said Henry
Stocket by his Attorney aforesaid acknowledged himselfe accompt-
able to the said Henry Phippes for the Sume of ffifteen thousand &
six pounds of tobacco And the particulers of the Creditt side of
which the said Henry Stocket craveth an allowance being read &
argued, these following particulers are allowed by the Court & no
more Vizt Thomas Turners Execucon for three thousand two hun-
dred Eighty five pounds of tobacco. Thomas Knighton allowed by
the Provinciall Court as a wittnes for Henry Phippes five hundred
& tenn pounds of tobacco And ffifteen hundred pounds of tobacco
paid to Garret VanSweringen by order of the said Henry Phippes
Whereupon itt is granted by the Court here that the said Henry
Phippes recover against the said Henry Stocket the Sume of Nine
thousand seven hundred & Eleven pounds of tobacco due upon the
ballance of the Accompts aforesaid As also Eleven hundred forty six
pounds of tobacco costs of suite

Memorandum that on the fourth day of March in the fourth
yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Doni
1678 his said Lordpp sendeth his writt of Adjournmt of the Pro-
vinciall Court to his Lordpps Justices of this Court & the respective
Sheriffes of this Province thereby adjourning the said Court untill
