June 4th 1679
Allowed unto Wm Hemsley of Talbot County for comeing goeing
& attendance to testifie for Richard Royston against Symon Irons
three hundred pds of tobacco

June 5th 1679.
Ordered by the Court, that Thomas Sprigg satisfie & pay unto
Thomas Truman the sume of ffive thousand six hundred seventy
five pounds of tobacco for his expences & costs as well att comon
Law as in Chancery upon certaine matters of controversy lately de-
pending in the aforesaid Courts betweene the said Tho: Sprigg &
the said Tho: Truman & Nathl Truman deceased to whom the said
Thomas is Execr

Allowed unto Theophilus Turford, Wm Turner, Andrew Dickison
& W" Howes of Calvert County for comeing goeing & attendance
to testifie for Morgan Jones against Nicholas ffurnes & Charles
Bathurst two hundred & seventy pounds of tobacco each of them
Allowed unto Giles Collyer of St Maryes County for comeing
goeing & attendance to testifie for Mary Pope agt Philip Lynes two
hundred & Seventy pounds of tobacco
Allowed unto Margarett Catterton of Calvert County for comeing
goeing & attendance to testifie for Tho: Hagelton a Negro agt Tho :
Truman two hundred & Seventy pounds of tobacco

June 5th 1679
Ordered by the Court, that Execution issue forth upon the
judgemt obtained by the right Honble Charles Lord Baltemore against
Arthur Carleton Admr of the Goods & Chatties of Thomas Carleton
deceased, Charles James & Tho: Todd Execr of the last Will &
testamt of Thomas Todd deceased upon the forfeiture of the bond
of Administracon & against every one of them.

June 6th 1679
Robert Ridgely one of the Attorneys of this Court acknowledged
satisfaction to two judgmts obtained by him against Arthur Carleton
Admr of the Goods & Chatties of Thomas Carleton deceased, one
for f cure hundred pounds of tobacco damages & the other for twelve
pounds sterlt debt together with three pounds twelve shillings sterl
damages with costs of suite

June 6th 1679
Robert Carvile one of the Attorneys of this Court acknowledg'd
satisfaction to a judgemt obtained by him against Arthur Carleton
Admr of the Goods & Chatties of Thomas Carleton deceased, the
