Allowed unto W^m Hemsley of Talbot County for comeing goeing
& attendance to testifie for Richard Royston against Symon Irons
three hundred pds of tobacco

June 5^th 1679.
Ordered by the Court, that Thomas Sprigg satisfie & pay unto
Thomas Truman the sume of ffive thousand six hundred seventy
five pounds of tobacco for his expences & costs as well att comon
Law as in Chancery upon certaine matters of controversy lately de-
pending in the aforesaid Courts betweene the said Tho: Sprigg &
the said Tho: Truman & Nath^l Truman deceased to whom the said
Thomas is Exec^r

Allowed unto Giles Collyer of S^t Maryes County for comeing
goeing & attendance to testifie for Mary Pope ag^t Philip Lynes two
hundred & Seventy pounds of tobacco
Allowed unto Margarett Catterton of Calvert County for comeing
goeing & attendance to testifie for Tho: Hagelton a Negro ag^t Tho :
Truman two hundred & Seventy pounds of tobacco

June 5^th 1679
Ordered by the Court, that Execution issue forth upon the
judgem^t obtained by the right Hon^ble Charles Lord Baltemore against
Arthur Carleton Adm^r of the Goods & Chatties of Thomas Carleton
deceased, Charles James & Tho: Todd Exec^r of the last Will &
testam^t of Thomas Todd deceased upon the forfeiture of the bond
of Administracon & against every one of them.

June 6^th 1679
Robert Ridgely one of the Attorneys of this Court acknowledged
satisfaction to two judgm^ts obtained by him against Arthur Carleton
Adm^r of the Goods & Chatties of Thomas Carleton deceased, one
for f cure hundred pounds of tobacco damages & the other for twelve
pounds sterlt debt together with three pounds twelve shillings sterl
damages with costs of suite

June 6^th 1679

satisfaction to a judgem^t obtained by him against Arthur Carleton
