yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Donie
1679 come the said plaintiffes by their Attorney aforesaid, & offer
themselves against the said Abigail in the plea aforesaid, but the
said Abigail cometh not but maketh default Therefore itt is consid-
ered that the said Peter Bayard & Egidius Luke recover against the
said Abigail Wright Ad^x as aforesaid as well the sume of Eighteen
hundred pounds of tobacco damages As also Six hundred twenty
Eight pounds of tobacco costs of suite So that Execution thereof
cease untill Assetts come to her hands And the Defend^t in mercy
