yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Doni
1679 cometh the said Benjamin Hunt by his Attorney aforesaid &
offereth himselfe against the said Abigail Wright in the plea afore-
said, but the said Abigail cometh not but maketh default Therefore
itt is considered that the said Benjamin Hunt recover against the
said Abigail Wright Admx as aforesaid as well the sume of ffoure
thousand seven hundred ninety & seven pounds of tobacco debt As
also Six hundred Seventy two pounds of tobacco costs of suite And
the Defendt in mercy &c
