sweringen the summe of three thousand seaven hundred & forty Liber N N
three pounds of tobacco & nothing else he hath within my Bailiwick
Thomas Wynne Sub Sheriff. Which being read & heard it is granted
by the Court here that the said Tobacco in the hands of the said
Robert Carvile & Garret Vansweringen so attached as aforesaid be
condemned to the said plaintiffs according to the Act of Assembly
& order of this Court in such case made & provided.
