         faccon upon a certaine judgemt lately recovered by me against
         Mr John Blomfeild late Clerke of the Provinciall Court for about
         the sume of nine hundred & ffif teen pds of tobacco, & for so doeing
         this is yor sufficient warrant Given under my hand this thirtieth day

         vile Mrchants, of & from Mr Wm Combes of Talbot County Mrchant

         on the behalf e of the said Creditors I promise & engage hereby att
         the next Provinciall Court to acknowledge satisfaccon on Record of
         & on the said Judgemt & in the mean tyme & aliwayes doe acquitt &
