        in the third yeare of his Lordpps Dominion &c Annoq3 Doni 1678. Liber N N
        to satisfie unto Wm Taillor the sume of Eight hundred & twelve
        pounds of tobacco costs of suite recovered agt the said Tho: Mount-
        fort by the said Wm Taillor the Eighth day of OctoW last past Att
        which said ninth day of April the same Sheriffe maketh returne
        of the writt aforesaid that he had taken the said Thomas Mountfort;
        Whereupon comand was given to the cryer of this court to call Vin
        cent Lowe Esqr Sheriffe of the County aforesaid to bring into Court
        the body of the said Thos: Mountfort, but the said Vincent Lowe
        nor Thomas Mountfort came not to satisfie the said Wm Taillor of
        the costs aforesaid.
          Afterwards to witt the thirteenth day of April in the yeare afore
        said came the said Wm Taillor by Robert Ridgely his Attorney &
        desired that Judgemt might be entred upp agt the said Vincent Lowe
        for the costs of suite in the Execucãn aforesaid menconed There
        fore itt is ordered by the Court here that the said Wm Taillor recover
        agt the said Vincent Lowe the aforesaid sume of Eight hundred &
        twelve pounds of tobacco costs of suite

            agt      compts between the plaintiffe & Defendt And the
        Joshua Guibert said Auditors haveing made no report thereof
                     to this Court Itt is therefore this day to witt the
        thirteenth day of April in the third yeare of his Lords Dominion &c
        Annoq3 Doni 1678. ordered by the Court here, that John Coode &
        Clement Hill genti be armed with a Comission to audite & state the
        accompts between the said parties And make reporte of their pro
        ceedings therein att the next Provinciall Court

                          unto Thomas ifisher Mrchant & Compa
        of a plea of trespas of the case
          And whereupon the said Thomas ifisher & Compa by Robert Car
        vile their Attorney say, that whereas the said Wm Worgan upon the
        twenty ninth day of Novembt Anno Doni 1675. had bought & re
        ceived of & from the said Thomas ffisher & Compa by the hands of
        Cadwallader Palmer ifactor for the said Tho: & Compa diuers Goods
        & Mrchandizes a particuler whereof is hereunto annexed amounting
        in the whole to the sume of fifteen thousand three hundred eighty
