                    Jacob Young This cause being upon an appeale from Cecil County
                        agt Court & the said Highland not appeareing it is Ordered
                    John Hyland that W Ridgely have notice thereof this Court & if the
                              said Highland appeare not then a procedendo to be
                              awarded.

                    Thomas ffrances In Chancery
                        agt       The Complainant haveing filed his bill of Corn
                    Soloman Sparrow plaint against the defendts & they not appeareing
                  Richd John Eliz:     to answer the Complaint the Complainant by
                    his wife & Thomas Robt Carvile his Procurator prayed his Lopps
                  Sparrow         writ of attachment & it is granted him.

                    Henry Hooper in Chancery.
                        agt       This cause dismissed with eight hundred pounds
                    Thomas Clegat & at of tobacco costs allowed the defendants by the
                                  Court.

                    Edward Man This cause being upon an attachment heretofore
                       agt granted the said Edward against the estate of the said
                   Jarvis Barty   Jarvis for the value of two hundred sixty six pounds
                              thirteene shilling & foure pence & the said attachemt
                    returned Came the said Edward the sixth day of October 1677 with
                    Peter Sayer his Suerty who acknowledged himself e suerty as afore
                    said in the summe of fifty two thousand pounds of tobacco in corn
                    plyance with the act for attachments & the Order of this Court made
                    the 25th of April last past.

                      Michael Miller being Subpened last Court to testifie the truth in
                    cause depending betweene Wm Dare & John Wells Ordered to be
                    allowed for his comeing goeing & attendance.
