                    106        Provincial Court Proceedings, 1677.

              Liber N N  Kenelm in his proper person and Offered himself e against the said
                     Edward in the plea aforesaid but the said Edward came not but
                     made default Whereupon the said Court doe grant to the said
                     Kenelm that he recover against the estate of the said Roger Thorpe
                     aswell the summe of Eight hundred pounds of tobacco the debt
                     aforesaid as also the summe of five hundred forty foure pounds of
                     tobacco costs of suite.
